Binance’s venture capital arm announces investment in a new cross-chain decentralized exchange (DEX) and bridging pool.
In new Blog postthe world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume, says it is investing an unspecified amount of money in the interoperability DEX Rango.
Rango is a cross-chain exchange that pools resources and connects traders with the best prices across multiple blockchains, including Bitcoin (Bitcoin), Solana (Sol), you can see (TRX) and the universe (corn).
According to Binance, Rango currently supports more than 60 digital assets, 70 DEX protocols, and 20 bridges, bringing its total volume to more than $3 billion. As of June 19, Rango has processed over 2.5 million cryptocurrency-related swaps and handles over 3,000 trades daily.
Traders can access Rango via popular cryptocurrency wallets such as Exodus, Compound, TrustWallet, and Binance’s own wallet.
Binance says that by focusing on decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure, Rango will welcome the next billion DeFi users.
As Ye He, Binance co-founder and head of Binance Labs, mentioned in the press release,
“Rango’s suite of services aligns with Binance Lab’s goal of supporting projects that foster cross-chain development and innovation. We look forward to seeing Rango’s journey as it continues to shape the DeFi space.”
