One of the largest pain points in spending a holiday on cruises for many people is the day of descent. I am not talking about the act of descending from the ship – most people do not want their flights to end cruels, and there is not much that anyone can do about it.
However, in most cases, you have to get out of your hall hall in a relatively early hour. On a rear -rear flight, she took, passengers need to evacuate their rooms before 7:30.

While there is a clear need for a window of time to get all the rooms, there is nothing that necessarily prevents a carnival from transferring the entire process after a few hours.
In other words, instead of making everyone get out of their rooms by 8:30 am and start the exit process for the next trip at 11 am, almost the usual practice, and perhaps let the guests keep their rooms until 10:30 am and plan to start riding the ship after two hours.

Virgin Voyages is an example of a cruise line that uses a later schedule. When my wife and I sailed on the Carmasian lady in Virgin in 2023, we did not call the ship until 2 pm (I left at 6 pm). Then, on the last morning of the trip, we were encouraged to enjoy a leisure breakfast in one of the ship’s restaurants and take our time to get off the ship.
At least for me, this was one of the biggest benefits of sailing on the Virgin against other lines.
Should the carnival begin at the beginning?
Carnival brand Ambassador John Hilde was recently asked this question on his page widely on Facebook.
“Thinking that most people want to start later if they can go directly to their room and that the room is ready. So start starting at one in the afternoon, and this will allow saving later and sleep for a little longer before waking up insolent.”
It is clear that there are some practical problems in this question. Specifically, if the guests can get the ship starting from one in the afternoon and move directly to their rooms, this will continue to be the problem of attending in the room who have enough time to prepare the room. But it is certain that the exit process later with a later start of the Debarkation is possible.

Hilde presented this question to the followers on his page, with two options. One of them is the agreement with the original question, and the other option was “I am happy with the way things are now doing about the start time.”

Anthony Fenchi correctly pointed to what the subsequent exit process means. “If they later filtered to allow people” to sleep for a little longer before they wake up rudely, “then it does not change the exit process 1:00 anything. Instead of the rooms ready at 1:30, they may not be ready until around 3:30.”
It seems that the vast majority of people prefer to get the ship as soon as possible on the day of going out to start enjoying their vacation – and they want to wake up “insolent” on the last day of the trip to achieve this.
