Now we have more news for you: Wave 01 of Devcon general admission tickets will launch online on July 18, first at 16:00 UTC and again at 23:00 UTC.

Waves has been a bit fast in the past, but we’ve made changes to work towards a smoother process with multiple time zone options – something that helped many Devconnect attendees!
To ensure more people have a fair chance to attend Devcon, Ticket purchases are limited to two tickets per orderand there will be more waves of tickets coming after next week’s release.

Construction, students and volunteers 👷
As always, we’re working to make Devcon accessible to more people.
More than two-thirds of Devcon tickets are (still) either discounted or free and are aimed at builders and students among other groups.
We have opened applications for future builders, students and volunteers and are working through applications. You can still submit a request for assistance as a volunteer Or for Constructor or student Discounts.

We’ve put some effort into reviewing all the groups that have applied to participate in the Devcon Supporters program, and while we’re still in the review process, (thanks for the patience of everyone still waiting!) We are closing Supporter applications For new submissions on 18 July, 16:00 UTC.
Every year, we try to make Devcon a more inclusive experience, and along with that, we make Devcon more decentralized, community-oriented, and fun. We are trying to reach this through various initiatives, for example through Devcon Improvement Proposals (DIPs)with events taking place around Devcon organized by compatible groups from the ecosystem, and by adding extra glamor alongside the main programming, such as art fairs, hackerspaces, and now Community centers.
Community centers They are physical spaces that we want to assign to dedicated groups of the Ethereum community for free, and we leave it up to them to organize, facilitate and take responsibility for what happens in the centers throughout the entire conference.
Community centers It will be marketing-free, technology or community focused, dedicated to a specific cause or topic, and must benefit all Devcon attendees.
