In preparation for the imminent merger, Data fusion challenge alive!
The merger is the most complex upgrade for Ethereum to date and perhaps for any public blockchain network never. With that comes a lot of data to collect, data to visualize, writing tools, and things to explain so that researchers, developers, and community members can better understand how the post-merge network will interoperate.
To begin exploring data in this new paradigm, EF is hosting an open competition between… now And October 31, 2022. Start early if you want to compare pre- and post-merger data!

Merger is imminent, upgrade your contract 🖥️
Mainnet Merge client versions Outside. It’s time to configure your nodes now.
If you are an administrator and have not previously run an implementation layer client, make sure you configure your system and give enough lead time to synchronize the main network (which can take several days!).
The consensus layer will be upgraded to Bellatrix on September 6, 2022, and the merge transition will occur sometime between September 10 and 20, 2022.
