After a long period of falling prices, marked by a falling wedge pattern, the popular meme coin Book of Meme (BOME) has started to recover.
BOME bulls regained momentum after the downturn, which led to the bears pushing the price down to the support zone at $0.008126. The double bottom formation gave the bulls the boost they needed to push the price above the falling wedge.

In addition, BOME price rose above the 50 simple moving average (SMA), breaking out of the downward channel. This shift in momentum indicates an upward trend, with bulls pushing the price higher in hopes of reaching a new historical high.
A slight push higher could push the price above the 200 SMA, which is currently acting as a barrier for the price.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is also reflecting this bullish trend, moving above the 50 midline and retreating around the 70 overbought zone. The RSI is currently hovering around the 67 level, indicating strong buying pressure. If momentum continues to build, the RSI could move into the overbought zone above 70, indicating increased buying interest and reinforcing the bullish outlook for BOME.
The MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence) indicator also confirms the uptrend. The blue median line has crossed above the orange signal line at the neutral level, indicating a shift towards bullish momentum. Moreover, histogram bars indicate negative momentum in price action, which supports the uptrend.
Meme Price Forecasting Book: Bull Rising Forward?
Despite the slight recovery, BOME seems poised to trade above the 200 SMA resistance. The ascending moving average has enabled bulls to push the price back above the descending channel, targeting the previous high at $0.01310. If they manage to break this level, the bulls could push the price to $0.01390 in the coming days.
However, the bears may regain control, causing the price to drop to the $0.01052 support area, which coincides with the upper trend line of the channel. If this level is broken, the price may drop further to the $0.009859 support area.
