The Sphere and The Eagles on June 18 added four more shows on the weekend of November 1, 2, 8 and 9 to the original eight scheduled residency shows. All travel shows for the first 12 shows at the Sphere are sold out, according to the Eagles’ website.
The 16 shows at the Sphere are the only ones the band has planned for the rest of 2024, and the band’s 2025 schedule remains unclear at this time. The band could add more shows to the Sphere residency, as U2 and Dead & Company have done. Or The Eagles could book a gig at a casino, resort or venue outside of the Las Vegas area.
However, the band announced that they were retiring from touring with the final show on their “Long Farewell” tour ending on June 15 in the Netherlands. Fans may still wonder if this was truly The Eagles’ last tour, as many will remember that the band promoted their “Farewell 1 Tour” in 2003, but they continued to tour for another 21 years.

One of the Eagles’ late founding members, Glenn Frey, who died in 2016, once hinted at a 2005 concert in Sacramento that the band might never stop touring, declaring: “If you pay, we’ll play.” Of course, the band continued to tour after Frey’s death.
The Eagles’ current lineup includes Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmidt, country and bluegrass star Vince Gill, and band founder Glenn Frey’s son Deacon Frey.
